45 ml Lychee juice
10 ml lime juice
2 pcs kefir lime leaf
20 ml egg white
2 pcs lychee fruit
20 ml kefir lime leaf

Muddle
Dry shake
Shake with ice

Garnish
Edible flower
ground pepper
dehydrated baby carrot

a 1944 classica twist of original Maitai witha twist
20 ml havana infused cherry
20 ml Myers dark rum
20 ml almond syrup
20 ml orange liqueur
20 ml pineapple juice
20 ml lime juice

30 ml port wine

Shake

30 ml Lemon juice
30 ml Gin
20 ml Egg white
20 ml Sugar syrup (kefir lime leaf)

Splash with soda water (60 ml aprox)

In a separate small carafe pour 20 ml port wine

Garnish with Lemon wheel/Lime wheel dehydrated

serve to the guest and layer port wine in front of the guest.
